I believe in the power of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy "CBT", a therapeutic approach that focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors. Anxiety can manifest in various ways, such as generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety, or panic disorder. I help my clients understand the underlying causes of their anxiety and develop effective coping strategies. Through CBT, clients learn to challenge irrational thoughts, manage stress, and gradually face their fears, leading to increased confidence and a greater sense of control. Low self-esteem can also significantly impact one's overall well-being and quality of life and I offer a non-judgmental space for clients to explore the root causes of low self-esteem and develop healthier self-perceptions. Through CBT, clients learn to challenge their negative self-talk, build self-compassion, and cultivate a more positive self-image.
