About

I’m a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals across the lifespan as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. I believe that therapy should feel like a safe, collaborative space where you are met with warmth, respect, and genuine curiosity about your unique story. My goal is to create an environment where you feel comfortable showing up as you are, without fear of judgment, and where healing and growth can unfold at your own pace. In our early sessions, we’ll focus on building a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship while gently exploring the patterns, symptoms, and challenges that brought you to therapy. I view this foundation as essential because it allows us to better understand your experiences and begin identifying meaningful, sustainable ways forward. Together, we’ll work to develop practical coping tools, increase self-awareness, and strengthen your ability to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience. My approach is integrative and tailored to your individual needs. I draw from a variety of therapeutic paradigms, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care, Mindfulness-Based practices, and elements of Psychodynamic Therapy. This allows me to adapt our work based on what feels most supportive and effective for you. I also offer support in areas such as stress management, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and life transitions. Whether you’re working through past experiences or focusing on present-day concerns, I aim to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself. Seeking therapy can be a vulnerable step, and I deeply respect the courage it takes to begin this process. My role is to walk alongside you—offering guidance, support, and tools—so you can move toward healing, clarity, and the life you want to build.
