About
I believe everyone deserves a space where they can show up fully as themselves — without judgment, pressure, or the feeling that they have to “have it all together.” Therapy can be a powerful place to slow down, process life’s challenges, better understand yourself, and create healthier patterns in your relationships and daily life. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, relationship difficulties, family stress, low self-esteem, life transitions, attachment wounds, and emotional overwhelm. My style is warm, collaborative, and compassionate, while also helping clients develop practical tools for change and deeper insight into the patterns that may be holding them back. My therapeutic approach is rooted in Attachment Theory and incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care. I tailor therapy to each person’s unique experiences and goals, believing that healing happens through both insight and connection. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, but you do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I aim to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered as we work together toward healing, growth, and more fulfilling relationships.
