Hello, and welcome. My name is Kes O’Conally, a licensed mental health clinician who works with adults seeking meaningful and lasting change. My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and grounded in the belief that people are capable of growth when they have the right support and tools. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and health challenges. My goal is not only to help clients feel better in the moment, but also to support them in building insight, resilience, and sustainable changes that continue beyond our sessions. My work integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic psychotherapy, and mindfulness-based practices. I also draw from health psychology and behavior change science, particularly when clients are working on stress management, lifestyle habits, or overall wellbeing. Therapy with me is a collaborative process. I aim to create a space that is thoughtful, respectful, and grounded in curiosity, where you can explore challenges openly and develop new ways of moving forward. I look forward to working with you.
