About

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I received my bachelor’s degree in sociology with a minor in gerontology from California State University, Fullerton which is where I also received my master’s degree in marriage and family therapy. I have been practicing since 2014. During this time, I have worked with couples, families, and individuals. I have provided therapy to those who struggle with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, relational issues, parenting struggles, grief and loss, PTSD, and alcoholism.

I strongly believe that people can work through whatever brought them into therapy. My approach to helping people is by working from where the person or persons are at mentally and emotionally when they enter into therapy and going at a pace in which they are comfortable. My belief is that a strong therapeutic relationship is the most important part of therapy because, without one, it is difficult for anyone to feel they can truly be their genuine and authentic self. Therapy is not only about the progress but the process in which a person finds healthy change.

If you believe you are ready to start this journey of exploration, positive change, and self-growth, I am here ready to support you every step of the way.

I look forward to working with you.

Therapeutic Paradigms: CBT, Mindfulness, Client-Centered, Psychodynamic
