About

To accomplish meaningful change, I take a collaborative approach with the intention to discover strengths and instill hope. I work with clients to support them during difficult times and in accomplishing the change they want to see in their lives. While therapy can be a lifelong journey for some, I am available for short and long-term treatment. I have worked with individuals from diverse cultural religious backgrounds and I am bilingual.

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 9+ years of experience working with a wide variety of clients including children, adolescents, and adults to support the treatment of relational issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and loss. Trusting someone with your most vulnerable thoughts and feelings can be scary and difficult. I honor the vulnerability that it takes to ask for help, to look at our wounds, and to embrace the messy parts of our lives. Being genuinely heard and seen for who we are is one of the most healing experiences. I consider it a privilege to hold space for meaningful change and healing with my clients and I would love to support you in your process.

Types of Therapy: Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Compassion Focused, Solution Focused Brief (SFBT), Existential , Play Therapy, Reality Therapy, Strength-Based, Culturally Sensitive, Narrative, Psychodynamic
