My practice focuses on working with women who are seeking to gain clarity while developing healthy skills to manage life challenges. I typically work with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and trauma symptoms. I utilize a variety of evidence-based practices to guide clients in exploring and reshaping maladaptive thought patterns. I believe in the transformative power of self-exploration and understanding. I am committed to supporting clients on their journey toward enrichment and fulfillment in their lives and relationships. In our first session together, here's what you can expect The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. Following the first session we will have the opportunity to gain further insight into the challenges that you are experiencing and develop a plan. The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions: Having the experience of working with adolescents and adults for the past 9 years I have developed a unique style to help each individual discover their own potential in identifying solutions to their problems. I believe each individual is unique and has the capacity to change and to heal. I strive to help my clients identify maladaptive patterns in their life and create change that ultimately shifts the way they feel and think, which, impacts the way they interact in their relationships and their life.
