Therefore, please allow me to tell you of who I am and how I approach therapy. As your counselor my goal is to find an effective therapeutic connection that is empathetic, trustworthy, and goal oriented, so that you can address the concerns you bring to our sessions with ease and feel the support while creating the changes you desire. In order to experience our deepest recesses of joy and peace, we must first have the courage to face our challenges. That’s why I use a range of evidence-based, research proven therapy methods to help transform anxiety, depression, stress, loss, grief and loneliness into harmony and connectedness.</p> <p></p> <p>If you are experiencing disconnection in your relationships, having a loss, or undergoing a life transition or having any life stressors, then asking for help may be your remedy to coping and relief.</p> <p></p> <p>I approach every client with an open mind and never make any assumptions about your life experiences.
